    • Grips are heavy duty HDR, HDP or PP.
    • Bearing and bushes – Ghun metal or ZZ Bearings.

The shoulder spin wheel helps stretch, oscillate and improve flexibility in the upper body. Good for warm up and stretching.A fixed rotatory movement helps in strengthening of the shoulder muscles by just rotating the handle.The movement helps in side to side movement of the waist.
