- Tubular Structure of gym steel (MS).
- All products are preferred – Shot blasted.
- 100 – 90 OD 2.6 mm pipe side pipe 50 – 40 OD 2.6mm and 25 – 30 OD 2.6 mm.
- Powder Coating of 100 – 110 microns.
- Grips are heavy duty HDR, HDP or PP.
- Bearing and bushes – Ghun metal or ZZ Bearings.
The apparatus is developed for strength training. A great apparatus for building the muscles in legs, chest, triceps and stomach. Hold on to both handles, lower the body and push up for triceps work out. Hold on overhead bars , pull your body up to the chin for back and shoulder work out . Dipp on the lower side of the apparatus for chest. For abdomen exercise fix the legs between the bar on the base and do crunches for better results.
