  • 100 – 90 OD 2.6 mm pipe side pipe 50 – 40 OD 2.6mm and 25 – 30 OD 2.6 mm.
  • Seat Padding 2.5 mm thick metal plate.
  • Powder Coating of 100 – 110 microns.
  • Grips are heavy duty HDR, HDP or PP.
  • Bearing and bushes – Ghun metal or ZZ Bearings.

The unit is for strengthening the hamstrings. A great workout unit for working out the back muscles of the thigh.The user lies on his back on the seat, locking the feet on the foot bar and raises the feet together for a great work out. Works on the lower body muscles.
